Since it was late in the month, I only had to pay for the last two weeks instead of the full month — that was definitely a plus!

I had such an easy and enjoyable time with Columbia Self Storage. When I was suddenly kicked out of my apartment in NYC and had ... I had such an easy and enjoyable time with Columbia Self Storage. When I was suddenly kicked out of my apartment in NYC and had to coordinate moving my belongings into storage with movers and a friend who lives in Kerhonkson, Patty was incredibly accommodating with making the unit accessible to multiple trusted parties. As time went by, Patty was encouraging with ways to save money by condensing the two units I had into one. When the lock on one of my units rusted, she very promptly replaced the lock so I could access the unit. In my months of renting the units, it was a joy to call Patty every month to pay my bill in a relationship that felt more warm and friendly than it did transactional. When I was ready to move out of my units, I had misplaced my lock key but the only time I could clean out the unit was after business hours. Patty again was super flexible, replacing my padlock with one that had a code which allowed me to access and clean out the unit on my own time with no complications. I can't recommend Columbia Self Storage enough !
