My mother, Linda Fuller, had rented a storage unit #2049. Unfortunately she passed away on January 6, 2026. As her only child who is in ... My mother, Linda Fuller, had rented a storage unit #2049. Unfortunately she passed away on January 6, 2026. As her only child who is in grieving, I tried to close out her storage unit and was refused this request. I provided her death certificate, obituary and driver's license. I am in desperate need of assistance. In spite of not having my request granted, I want to commend employee at Rochelle Park location Tony for being patient and understanding during this difficult time. I sent an email to Rich(manager) on May 29,2026 as of June 4, 2026 I didn’t receive a response. I then went to the location to find out the status of results of the email and make a payment on the unit. I spoke to Tony who was very helpful concerning this matter. He was trying to help to the best of his ability. I was willing to pay arrears. I have been paying for a unit since my mother’s passing. This has caused me an undo financial burden. I am not able to rectify the situation. Meanwhile , I’m still being billed and paying accordingly. I still cannot obtain access to my mother‘s storage unit. I presented all documents to prove that I am the only child and I need access. I had access but lost the key. I also have another unit within my name and now it’s becoming a financial burden. Assistance is needed. When I spoke to Richard today, which is June 4, 2026. The matters has not been resolved as to date when I first came into the office and reported my mother was deceased and submitted documents. He told me I will be able to get access to the unit. This is a serious problem since I still cannot access unit. and it’s not professional and a serious inconvenience. I have never experience the of consideration all I have been told was he will contact me because he has to contact the law Dept. It has been several days since I’ve sent my documents. He never contacted me with a reply or courtesy call. I was willing to obtain another unit as long as I can get into my mother‘s unit because like I said, I have two units right now. One is in my name. One is my deceased mother‘s name. My personal and sentimental items are in her unit. Clearly payment has been made. My payment has been taken and no justification has been done the attitude that I received from Richard, however has been condescending and not sympathetic. This situation has been going on for 6 months even though I followed his instructions to submit documentation. I am very disappointed with the service I received with this company. I am still in need of assistance. The issue was finally resolved .I’m very appreciative with the outcome results due to Tony and Richard assistance and immediate response with this matter. I am now a happy customer.
