⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience working with Penny when I went in to get a storage unit. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She was incredibly helpful, personable, kind, empathetic, funny, down-to-earth, and professional. Honestly, she was just a joy to deal with. Penny took the time to explain the different prices and storage sizes and, more importantly, helped me figure out what I actually needed rather than simply trying to sell me a larger unit. She listened to me, understood what I was looking for, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Penny went above and beyond, and her wonderful personality made such a difference in my experience. Thank you, Penny, for being so kind, honest, helpful, and simply wonderful at what you do! Honestly has such a great experience renting a storage unit here. The customer service is great, shout out to Penny she is the best representative, you want her in your team! When I rented, the first month was off free and they provide locks. I would recommend!

Rented a unit here for almost 2 years to hold my kayaks. Small unit held both 12 foot kayaks easily. Was convenient, affordable and always accessible. And should you ever need help, Penny at the front desk was always very responsive and accommodating.

I can only assume that the woman I am here to compliment is Penny! We rented a UHaul for a move. I unfortunately did not catch the woman's name who checked us in, but from reading the other reviews, it must be Penny! She was warm, attentive, and so kind. Not only is she clearly very good at her job, she is so enjoyable to speak with. She gave us great advice that we used for our move. I would recommend this facility to anyone- the truck rental was so clean, easy to pickup and return, and you get the absolute added pleasure of meeting Penny!!
