While making a move from Phoenix to Cottonwood, I needed a storage unit for a few months. It was easy to secure a unit by phone. When I finally saw Columbia’s facility, I was impressed. The management was very professional and helpful. They worked with me every step of the way to get started. I loved the 24 hour access. I felt comfortable leaving my boat and belongings in Arizona while I was moving to Texas. The cost was very reasonable and once I was ready to move out it was very easy to discontinue service. I am grateful for the service provided and couldn’t be more satisfied.
