If your unit has been overlocked with a round Columbia lock due to a late payment, follow these steps to regain access:

Make Your Payment in Full

Ensure your outstanding balance is paid in full.

Visit the Overlock Release Website

Go to https://columbia.overlockrelease.com/

Select Your Facility

Choose the Columbia Self Storage location where your unit is located.

Enter Your Account Information

Provide the email or phone number associated with your account. You’ll receive a text message with the unlock code.

Remove the Overlock

Use the code to unlock and remove the Columbia lock. Secure your unit with your own lock.

Return the Columbia Lock

Please follow the posted signs around the property and return the Columbia lock to one of the designated drop boxes. Failure to return the lock will result in a one-time fee. If you continue to be a tenant and the lock remains unreturned, a monthly lock rental fee will be charged until the lock is returned.
