I had a great experience thanks to the storage clerk. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth, and they made sure I felt comfortable with my unit and access. It’s rare to find someone this patient and organized. Excellent customer service — truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! She (stayed late, helped lift boxes, fixed a billing error )
